| INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING |

| International shipping rates will vary, depending upon the weight and size of the parcel, and the destination. The most commonly used carriers are USPS Global Express, UPS Worldwide Express, or DHL Global. Once you place an order on our website through the checkout process, you will be prompted through our shipping options and provided with an international shipping quote via e-mail before we process your order. | Gypsyjazz.net is happy to exchange defective CDs, VHS tapes, and DVDs (same titles only, no exceptions) within thirty days of delivery. You may also return any product unopened that we shipped to you in error. Please include a letter containing your mailing address and the reason for the return.
