| REFUND POLICY |

| Gypsyjazz.net is happy to exchange defective CDs, VHS tapes, and DVDs (same titles only, no exceptions) within thirty days of delivery. You may also return any product unopened that we shipped to you in error. Please include a letter containing your mailing address and the reason for the return. Please contact us at info@gypsyjazz.net for information on our return policy for instruments. |

| Please note that some of our CDs are imported from Europe without shrink wrapping. Those CDs will be shipped as is. |

| If any of our products are listed as "Out of Stock," it means that they are temporarily out of stock. Usually, these items have been ordered and are in transit. If you would like more information about the status of an out of stock product, please contact us at CUSTOMER SERIVCE. |

| Shipping costs within the United States are based upon U.S. Postal rates. For exact shipping costs, please jump to our SHIPPING page.
